ATIVO - History

History

A member of SKILLED Group Limited (SKILLED Group), Australia’s largest workforce solutions company, ATIVO began as a business sector of SKILLED in 1991 to provide clients with specialised project and maintenance solutions.

In 2006 all the existing and acquired maintenance and project services components of SKILLED Group were aggregated as a separate 'SKILLED Services' business unit.

During a high organic growth phase and a series of strategic acquisitions of complimentary project maintenance services businesses including Waycon Services in NSW and the Cairns based mining maintenance company Pacific Relines, in August 2008, the ATIVO brand was approved for launch. The new branding brings together all our asset maintenance, shutdowns, project services. facilities management and grinding mill maintenance businesses and reflects the significantly different maintenance and project services the ATIVO and Pacific Relines brands provide within the SKILLED Group.

Our vast industry experience is combined with an innovative, flexible approach which ensures best service delivery and tailored solutions that meets our clients specific needs and objectives.
