Quality Management System
ATIVO is fully accredited to international Quality System Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
The QMS provides a framework from which like business units and operations can make decisions appropriate to their specific business, customer and geographic needs while ensuring that applicable minimum standards are met. The QMS describes the minimum standards and the required processes for ATIVO that are designed to conform to ISO 9001:2008. Each business group maintains their business management system to describe their specific required processes for meeting customer expectations; and where applicable other standards such as AS/NZS 4801:2001.
The SKILLED Group quality framework guides and supports the different team’s efforts to establish their service quality management systems. The quality framework is composed of the following:
- Guiding Principles in the form of SKILLED Group Corporate Objectives and Values;
- SKILLED Group Occupational Health and Safety Policy;
- SKILLED Group Quality Policy;
- SKILLED Group Business Management Model; and
- ATIVO’s Enterprise Contract Management System.
Enterprise Contract Management System
The ECMS is a compliance management system which executes commercial and contract risk through out the contract management lifecycle
The ECMS provides a formalised and systematic approach to QMS management using predefined tools, guidelines and applications across the business.
The ECMS operates at the enterprise level where the enforcement of best-in-class project management and execution strategies together with complementary compliance disciplines are acknowledged as key success factors in the business.
By using the ECMS, the core competencies of project management are leveraged to ensure we can complete quality work, safely, on time, within budget, against a predefined scope.
